Payment for publication

The Journal employs the golden open access model. Article processing fees allow a publisher to make articles available on the Internet to everyone so that they can be read and reused after publication.

The journal charges a fee for editing text (in Ukrainian or English), full translation into English or editing of independently translated metadata, digital archiving, distribution of reprints, validation of links, technical layout work, printing of color illustrations, improving the design of graphs and diagrams, archiving additional materials to the article, etc. The journal does not provide discounts to the authors of publications.

As of 1 January 2024 the journal charges the following fees:

- the article processing charge is 4800 UAH;

- the fellows of SSU Medical Institute are charged 3000 UAH;

- for foreign authors, we charge a publication fee of 250 $.

The translation from Ukrainian into English costs 2000 UAH.

Information on the article reviewing progress and the invoice will be provided by e-mail. The Editorial Board reserves the right to publish a manuscript free of charge in exceptional cases - in particular, if the submitted work is of significant scientific value and is unique, but the authors do not have the financial means to cover the costs of publication.
